1. Who we are

aibets.co.za ("AIBets", "we", "us") is operated by Prize Drop (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of South Africa under registration number K2025717109, with its registered address at 2 Ncondo Place, Umhlanga Ridge, 4319.

AIBets is one of a number of betting information websites operated by Prize Drop (Pty) Ltd. The full list is published at https://freesupertips.co.za/our-sites. These Terms apply identically across all of them.

Prize Drop (Pty) Ltd is part of a group of companies, and some affiliate agreements with betting operators are held within that group — see clause 7.

2. What we are — and what we are not

We are an independent information and affiliate referral service.

We publish sports predictions, statistics, odds comparisons, guides and operator reviews.
We do not accept bets. We are not a bookmaker, we are not a casino, and we do not hold or handle any stake, deposit or winnings.
We are not licensed by any gambling regulator, because operating an information and referral website does not require a gambling licence in South Africa. The operators we link to are licensed, and we say who by.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of any operator, except as an affiliate marketing partner as described in clause 7.

When you place a bet, your contract is with the operator, not with us. Their terms, their licence, their dispute process.

3. Age restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this site. No person under the age of 18 may gamble in South Africa.

By using aibets.co.za or creating an account you confirm you are 18 or older. If we have reason to believe you are under 18 we will close your account and delete your personal information.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us their information, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.

4. Predictions are not guarantees

This clause matters more than any other on this page. Read it.

No prediction we publish is a guarantee of any outcome. Our model estimates probabilities. It does not know results.
Sports results are uncertain by nature. A prediction with a high confidence score can lose, and will.
Anyone — us, anyone else — who promises you guaranteed or "sure" wins is not being honest with you.
Betting is entertainment, not income. It is not a way to make money, pay off debt, or solve a financial problem. Over time, you should expect to lose money.
Everything on this site is general information. It is not financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation that you place any particular bet. We do not know your circumstances.
Every decision to bet is yours alone, and so is every consequence of it.

Where we publish a performance record, we publish losing selections alongside winning ones. A record of past results tells you nothing reliable about future results.

5. Accuracy of information

We take reasonable care with odds, fixtures, statistics, bonus terms and operator details, but:

odds and promotions change constantly, and ours may be out of date by the time you read them;
fixture and result data comes from third-party feeds that can be wrong or delayed;
operator bonus terms are set by the operator and can change without notice to us.

Always check the current terms on the operator's own site before you act. Where our information and the operator's information differ, the operator's information governs.

6. Your member account

Creating an account is free and optional.

Give accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
One account per person. One account gives you access across all Prize Drop (Pty) Ltd sites — you do not need to register separately on each brand.
Do not scrape, resell, republish or redistribute our predictions or data without written permission.
Do not use the site to break the law, to gamble on behalf of a minor, or to circumvent a self-exclusion.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms. You may close your account at any time from members.freesupertips.co.za or by emailing [email protected].

Free access to content is not conditional on agreeing to receive marketing. You can hold an account and receive nothing but the content you asked for.

7. How we make money

AIBets is free to you. We are paid by the betting operators we refer traffic to.

When you click a link to an operator and open an account, our group may receive a commission — sometimes a one-off payment, sometimes a share of the operator's revenue from your account. Some of those agreements, including the one with Betfred, are held elsewhere within our corporate group rather than by Prize Drop (Pty) Ltd directly. This costs you nothing extra. Commission rates differ between operators.

We only list and link to operators licensed by a South African provincial gambling board.

Ratings and rankings are set against the criteria published on our affiliate disclosure page. Commercial arrangements do not determine a position in our tables. Our full disclosure is at /how-we-make-money.

8. Third-party sites

Our links take you to operator websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their terms, their security or how they handle your personal information. Once you land on an operator's site, that operator's terms and privacy policy apply to you, not ours.

9. Intellectual property

The content, model output, branding, layout and code of aibets.co.za belong to Prize Drop (Pty) Ltd or our licensors. You may read it, and share individual pages by link. You may not copy it wholesale, scrape it, or use it to train a competing model without our written permission.

Operator names and logos belong to those operators and are used to identify them.

10. Availability

We do our best to keep the site up, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site, including free predictions, at any time.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008:

We are not liable for any gambling losses you incur. Not for losses following a prediction of ours, not for losses at an operator we linked to, not ever. You choose to bet; the risk is yours.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit or opportunity.
We are not liable for the acts, omissions, solvency or licensing status of any operator.
We are not liable for inaccuracies in third-party data feeds.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for our own gross negligence, fraud, or death or personal injury caused by us.

13. Privacy

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version number and date at the top will change. If a change materially affects your rights — for example, how we use your personal information — we will tell registered members by email before it takes effect.

Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction.

Talk to us first: [email protected]. Most things are fixable without lawyers. If we cannot resolve it, you retain every right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, including referral to the National Consumer Commission.
