What cookies are
Small files a website stores on your device so it can recognise your browser on your next visit. We also use similar technologies — tracking pixels in emails, and identifiers stored in your browser's local storage. This notice covers all of them; "cookies" is just shorter.
Why this matters under POPIA
Some cookies identify you or your device, and that makes them personal information under POPIA. So we tell you what we set, and for anything that is not strictly necessary, we ask first.

Affiliate tracking — only with your permission
This is how we get paid, so we will be specific about it.
When you click a link to a betting operator, we attach a tracking code to the link. If you open an account with that operator, the code tells them the referral came from AIBets and we receive a commission.

The code does not contain your name, email address or phone number. It identifies the referral, not you. The operator's own cookies, set once you are on their site, are governed by their cookie policy — not this one.

We do not run third-party advertising networks on this site and we do not sell audience data to advertisers.
Your choices
- On the site — use the cookie banner on your first visit, or the "Cookie settings" link in the footer at any time. Changing your mind later is as easy as saying yes was.
- In your browser — you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the strictly necessary ones will break login.
- Do Not Track — we honour the browser DNT signal by treating it as a refusal of analytics and marketing cookies.
Declining optional cookies does not restrict your access to any content. You get the same site.
